Paid services
Terms of Sale
Terms applicable to the paid services offered by Cœurs Hors Ligne.
Last updated: 11 October 2026
The commercial content and payment rules have been finalised in substance. Before any first sale to consumers, the company's registration details and the contact details of the consumer mediator actually appointed must be provided.
1. Seller
The services are operated under the Cœurs Hors Ligne brand by:
Christophe Aigouy
4 Rue Faideau
86300 Chauvigny — France
Contact and complaints: support@coeurshorsligne.fr.
SIREN / SIRET: to be completed before commercial opening.
2. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to paid services offered to consumers on CHL, including Discovery Passes, subscriptions, options or other offers displayed during the ordering process.
3. Current subscription prices
- Classic 3 months: €44.90;
- Premium 3 months: €59.90;
- Classic 6 months: €74.90;
- Premium 6 months: €99.90;
- Classic 12 months: €119.90;
- Premium 12 months: €159.90.
The final amount due is the amount displayed and confirmed at the time of the order. The applicable tax treatment is shown on the payment receipt.
4. Discovery Pass
The Discovery Pass is offered at a price of €2.50 and credits 2 hours of use.
Purchases are cumulative: each confirmed purchase adds two hours to the remaining balance.
Time is deducted during any active connection. The timer stops when the member's last session is closed or when that session technically expires. If several sessions are open, closing only one session does not stop the timer as long as another valid session remains active.
The remaining credit is retained until fully used.
The Pass is sold from 1 November 2026 at 12:00 until 31 December 2026 inclusive, unless sales are stopped earlier if the overall sales cap of €8,000 is reached.
5. Conversion of the Discovery Pass
When an eligible Discovery Pass has been validly purchased and paid for, its holder may, if the offer is available, benefit from a conversion to the Classic 3-month plan.
The conversion is payable in full only. Based on the current price of €44.90, it includes a 20% discount, followed by deduction of the price of the Pass already paid, resulting in a current amount of €33.42.
This conversion cannot be combined with the Pioneer benefit or with any other offer, discount or benefit, unless expressly provided otherwise by CHL.
6. Pioneer benefit
The Pioneer benefit is reserved for persons meeting the eligibility conditions defined by CHL.
Where applicable, it grants a 20% discount on the first period of the Classic 3-month plan, payable in full, currently €35.92 instead of €44.90.
It may be used only once and is consumed only after actual confirmation of payment. In the event of a subsequent renewal, the normal price applicable at that time is used.
The Pioneer benefit cannot be combined with the Discovery Pass, its conversion, or any other promotion or discount, unless expressly provided otherwise by CHL.
7. Essential Membership
CHL plans a light plan called "Essential Membership", intended to represent an annual commitment and provide access to a defined level of service.
Its working price is set at €9.90 per year. This offer will only be marketed after its technical integration and the precise display of its features during the subscription process.
The price is linked to the level of service offered and not to the user's sex.
8. General non-combination rule
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no discount, promotion, reward, conversion, credit or commercial benefit may be combined with another.
9. Order
Before confirmation, the customer may review the offer, its price, its duration, any renewal conditions and the available payment method.
Amounts are recalculated server-side by CHL. The order becomes final after effective confirmation of payment by the relevant provider or, for a deferred payment method such as a cheque, after validation that the payment has been received.
10. Payment methods
The payment methods actually available are indicated during the ordering process. Bank card payments may be processed by Stripe when this option is offered.
Merely selecting a payment method, creating a payment session or sending a cheque does not create any entitlement until payment has been confirmed.
11. Full payment and instalments
Offers available for full payment are charged at the total amount shown before confirmation.
Payment in instalments may be offered for certain offers only when the corresponding process is actually activated. The terms, total cost, amount and schedule of instalments are then presented before the order is placed.
12. Duration and renewal
The initial duration corresponds to that of the subscribed offer.
Where an offer includes automatic renewal, this feature is clearly indicated before the order. CHL informs the consumer in writing, within the time limits provided by law, of the possibility of not renewing the contract and the corresponding deadline.
Where an offer or payment method does not technically allow automatic renewal, the contract ends at the scheduled term unless the customer subscribes again.
13. Cancellation
Where required by law, a feature enabling cancellation procedures to be carried out electronically is made available.
Cancellation ends future renewal in accordance with the conditions of the offer. Unless otherwise required by law, it does not automatically result in reimbursement of a period already paid for and already made available.
14. Right of withdrawal
Where provided by law, the consumer has fourteen days from conclusion of the contract to exercise the right of withdrawal.
If the consumer wishes performance of a paid service to begin before the end of that period, CHL obtains the consumer's express request before performance begins and informs the consumer of the legal consequences of that choice.
If the consumer withdraws after requesting that performance begin before the end of the withdrawal period, the consumer may remain liable for an amount proportionate to the service actually provided, under the conditions provided by law.
The ordering process must retain evidence of the required consents where immediate performance is requested.
15. Refunds, incidents and payment disputes
Any refund legally due is processed according to the applicable method and time limits. Refunds, cancellations, rejections and payment disputes are recorded to ensure accounting traceability and service security.
16. Account deletion
Voluntary deletion of an account does not automatically result in reimbursement of periods already performed, credits already used or amounts legally due.
17. Receipts, billing and traceability
CHL retains an audit trail of financial transactions necessary for service management: amount invoiced, amount received, payment method, transaction reference, discounts applied, refunds, incidents and other information necessary for accounting and evidence.
Historical financial entries are not silently deleted or modified. Any necessary correction must remain traceable.
18. Complaint
Any complaint must first be sent to CHL at support@coeurshorsligne.fr.
19. Consumer mediation
After a prior written complaint to CHL that has not resulted in an amicable solution, the consumer may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator applicable to CHL, under the conditions provided by law.
Name, contact details and website of the mediator: TO BE COMPLETED AFTER AGREEMENT AND BEFORE THE FIRST SALE TO CONSUMERS.
20. Liability
CHL provides a dating platform and digital services. CHL does not guarantee a member's behaviour, the outcome of a relationship or that a meeting will take place.
21. Intellectual property
These Terms of Sale grant the customer no right to reproduce or exploit CHL's protected elements.
22. Evidence and retention
Technical records, payment logs, consents, provider confirmations and internal entries retained under reasonable security conditions may be used to establish the course of an order, payment or incident, subject to applicable legal rules.
23. Applicable law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory protections from which they benefit.
